You can create the next meeting in a set from the Meeting register or from a Meeting document. When you create the next meeting, pertinent information from the previous meeting is carried forward by default, including the meeting location, dates, attendees and CC's, topics and uncompleted meeting items.
Please see the notes below on "Carrying Forward Attachments" for information on how to configure Proliance not to automatically carry forward attachments when you create the next meeting in a set.
You can only create the next meeting in the set if the meeting belongs to a set, or has a Meeting Set Name. If the meeting is a one-time meeting that does not belong to a set and have a Meeting Set Name, the option for creating the next meeting in a set is not available. For more information on assigning the meeting to a set, see "Copying a Meeting".
When you create the next meeting, the items from the latest meeting are carried forward. In other words, if you have five meetings in a set, and you have the third meeting in that set open, creating the sixth meeting from this set will carry forward information from the fifth meeting in the set.
