A Meeting document can be part of a set or a one-time meeting. A set of meetings refers to workspace meeting that occurs repeatedly. The same people attend this meeting and discuss the same types of topics. By grouping meetings into a meeting set, you can easily see which meetings are related and you can carry forward items in a meeting that need to be addressed from one meeting to the next.
The Meeting Set Name is a lookup list managed through Lookup Management. You can add any necessary Meeting Set Names here, then use the name in your Meeting document. When you create a new Meeting document, Proliance prompts you to create the meeting inside or outside of a set. If you do not select a Meeting Set Name, you can assign this name at a later time by copying the Meeting document.
