Using the Wizard to Create New Catalog Cards
Using the Catalog Card Creation Wizard, you can create one or more new catalog cards. Optionally, you can also attach files to the new catalog cards in the wizard.
To add new catalog cards using the Catalog Card Creation Wizard:
- In the left-hand navigation menu, under Catalog Cards, select the folder where the new catalog cards will be created.
- Click Tools and then Catalog Card Creation Wizard.
- Select the projects to link with the new catalog card documents and click Next.
Note: If you are not using projects, the wizard skips this step and starts on the next step.
- Select a template for the new documents and click Next.
- Click Add New.
- In the new row, enter information for the new catalog card.
- Optionally, attach files to the new catalog card in the Source File/URL and the Presentation File/URL columns.
- Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each new catalog card to be added to the batch.
- Click Finish.
