Viewing the Anticipated Cost Report

You can view the Anticipated Cost Report (ACR) by accessing the ACR Register which can be accessed via the ACRs menu option available under the Budget & Cost menu group in the Workspace and Portfolios work areas:

 To view the Anticipated Cost Report

  1. Expand the Budget & Cost menu group.
  2. Select  the ACRs menu option and the ACR View register will appear.
  3. Click on any of the ACR Views listed in the register.

    4. The Anticipated Cost Report appears. For more information about this report, see "About the Anticipated Cost Report".

Note:

  • If you are viewing the ACR for in the Portfolios work area, the totals shown only include the amounts from workspaces to which you have Read access. For example, if you can access only 20 out of 100 workspaces in a portfolio, then the ACR for this portfolio will only include totals from those 20 workspaces. <D3043-024>
  • Amounts from template workspaces are not included in the ACR, regardless of your security permissions
