Overriding the Default ACR Column

From the Settings page of a document that contains allocations, you can view the default ACR columns that Proliance applies each time the state of the document changes. All of the document's ACR allocations are affected by these settings. However, you can override these settings for an individual allocation.

 To override the default ACR column for an allocation

  1. Open the document that controls the allocation.
  2. Click the Schedule of Values or Line Items page and then click Edit.
  3. On the allocation, click in the ACR Column.

    4. A drop-down list of available ACR columns appears.

  4. Select a different ACR column, and then click Save.

    5. Proliance overrides the default ACR column for that allocation.
