Instruction - Document References

The Document References page of an instruction lets you include other Proliance documents that are related to this instruction. These documents are important reference material that you should review with this instruction. These may include contracts or quotes associated with this instruction.

Enter edit mode to do the following:

To add a new document reference, click Add Line and then select the document to add from the Documents dialog box.
To remove a document, select the check box next to the line to remove and then click Remove Line(s).

Once a document is added, you can click its number to view detailed information about the document.

Tip:

You can also add documents to an instruction by using the Linked Information section on the Main page of the instruction.
