Deleting a Payment Log

You can only delete the payment log if you have the appropriate security permissions. When you attempt to delete a payment log, Proliance confirms that this is permitted by the payment log's cost periods. If not, your permission may still allow you to override the restriction and delete the payment log anyway.

To delete a payment log

  1. Open the Payment Logs register.
  2. Select the check box next to the payment logs to delete, then click Delete.
  3. —or—

    Select the payment log to delete, then click Delete The delete button..

    Proliance prompts you to confirm.

  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  5. Proliance removes the links between the payments in the payment log and the invoices that they are against. Proliance then removes the payment log.
