When Proliance receives a document that it cannot process due to a conflict, it places a notice in the Unresolved register.
Normally, you will attempt to process these documents so that they can be used in Proliance. However, if you do not want to process the document, or you believe the document was sent to you in error, you can reject the notice.
Rejecting a notice moves it from the Unresolved register to the Rejected register, where you can permanently delete it or attempt to process again later.
