About Workspace Cost Settings
The Workspace Cost Settings
page is used to set up the grouping codes that will be used create the
advanced codes for cost accounts. For more information, see "Configuring
Cost Account Advanced Codes".
Information about workspace cost settings is organized over
the following pages:
- Main: Contains detailed information about the grouping codes that will be
used to construct the advanced code. For more information, see "Workspace Cost Settings - Main".
- Properties: Contains information about the Workspace
Cost Settings document itself, such as who created the document,
and the workspace in which the document was created. For more information,
see "Document
Properties".
Additional cost account information is available on the following
tabs:
- Activity Log: Records all the activities of the document, such as when it was saved,
imported, exported, forwarded, or received. For more information, see
"Activity Log Tab".
- Attachments: Contains a list of all the documents related to this cost account. For
more information, see "Attachments
Tab".
To
access the workspace cost settings
- Open the Workspaces
work area for the workspace you wish to configure.
- Click Administration > Cost.
- Select Workspace Cost Settings.
