Synchronizing Calendars

Proliance allows you to create calendars at the organization or within a workspace. Where and how a calendar is created determines the synchronization rules in effect:

To manually synchronize a calendar

  1. Open the Calendars register in the Organizations work area.
  2. Open the calendar that you want to synchronize.
  3. Be sure to select a calendar that has been added to a workspace.

  4. Choose Options > Synchronize.
  5. Proliance prompts you to confirm. The confirmation dialog box lists the workspaces with which the calendar is linked.

  6. Click Yes to confirm.
  7. Proliance updates the calendars in the affected workspaces.
