Deleting a Bid Invitation

You can delete an invitation from your workspace when the bid competition is ongoing and not yet closed. When you delete an invitation, the following related documents are also deleted:

Your security role must have permission to delete invitations.  For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

ClosedTo delete a bid invitation

  1. Open the Bid Invitation register
  2. Select the check box next to each bid invitation to delete, then click Delete.

    3. —or—

    Select the bid invitation to delete, then click Delete.

    Proliance prompts you to confirm the deletion.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.

    4. Proliance removes the invitation.
