Bid Proposal - Submission

The Submission page of the Bid Proposal document is divided into two sections where you can enter information about the specific items you intend to include and exclude in the submitted proposal. The Submission page also contains a legal disclaimer section that must be acknowledged before submitting the proposal.

Disclaimer

This section describes the legal terms of conditions of the bidding process. The bidder must click I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions before they submit the proposal.

Tip

  • To update the text that appears in this field, update the corresponding text in the nomenclature spreadsheet available from Proliance Local Admin. For more information on working with the nomenclature spreadsheet, see "Customizing User Interface Nomenclature" in the Proliance Local Admin online Help.

Use the Inclusions section to detail the specific items that you intend to include in the proposal. Enter a description of the included items in the text box. Add individual items in the grid below the text box.
