Bid Invitation Addenda - Main

• Current State: Indicates the current state of the invitation addendum.

• Title: Displays the title of the invitation addendum.
  
• Number: A string of characters that uniquely identifies the invitation addendum within the workspace. The first number in the sequence refers to the number of the related invitation.
  
• Creation Date: Displays the date when the addenda was created.
• Bid Package Number: Displays the number of the parent package.
• Bid Invitation: Displays a link to the related invitation.

The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. This section is read-only and is synchronized with the parent package's project links.

Note: Like all other project-related user interface elements, the Projects section is hidden if no projects currently exist in the workspace.

• Title: The title of the invitation addendum.
• Number: A string of characters that uniquely identifies this invitation addendum. The first number refers to the related invitation.
• Brief Description: A short description that describes the invitation addendum.
• Full Description: A detailed description of the invitation addendum.
• Notes: Additional information for the invitation addendum.
• Bid Coordinator: The person who serves as the primary contact for the bidding process.
• Bidder: The contact person at the bidding company.

• Synopsis: Displays a detailed description of the changes made to the bid package for this addendum.

• Initiative: If this document was created in a workspace, this is the construction initiative to which the workspace belongs.
• Sub Project: The name for the specific portion of the workspace with which the document is associated.
• Classification Information 1-5: Classification information for this document.
• Classification Information Lookup 1-2: The user-defined values that define this document.
