About the Revisions Tab

The Revisions tab, under the References main tab, displays all the revisions of a drawing or submittal package. The revisions are ordered according to their Number.

Proliance will create a new revision of the package only when a completed package contains rejected documents. For more information, see "Completing a Drawing/Submittal Package".

In addition to the Revisions tab, the revisions also appear in the registers for the respective packages.

The following table summarizes the actions available on the Revisions tab. These actions are determined by your security roles.

To open the Revisions tab

1. Open the register for the appropriate package.
2. Select the appropriate package.
3. Click the References tab for the appropriate package.

The Revisions tab is visible by default.
