Inserting the <DocumentData> Element

The <DocumentData> element indicates what content will be replicated when multiple records are printed using this layout. Even if you expect that the report will only be used on a single document at a time, you should still include the <DocumentData> element because each custom print layout that is available on a Proliance document is also available from the register. Without the <DocumentData> element, Proliance will not know what content to repeat in the report if the user chooses to print a batch of Proliance documents using this layout.

• Apply the <DocumentData> element to the entire file if you want everything repeated for each Proliance document.
