If you have access to the security permission settings, you can remove security categories that are no longer required.
You can delete a security category from either of the following places:
Note: Depending on your current location, deleting a security category may or may not remove it from other areas of Proliance.
To delete a security category

Open the category to delete and click Delete ![]()
Proliance deletes the category from the current area of Proliance. If there were accounts still assigned to the category in the current work area, these accounts are reassigned to the @ANONYMOUS category. The deletion takes effect immediately. If a user assigned to the category is currently logged on, the deletion will take effect the next time the user's screen is refreshed.
