ClosedTo open the Categories register from the Workspaces work area

  1. From Home, click Programs & Projects.
  2. Next to a workspace, click Enter.
  3. Choose Administration > Configuration > Security > Categories.

    4. If your workspace is a standalone workspace, the Categories register appears.

    If it is a managed workspace, you will need to access this register from the Portfolios work area. Refer to the next procedure for information.

  1. From Home, click Portfolios.
  2. Next to a portfolio, click Enter.
  3. Choose Administration > Portfolio Configuration or Workspace Configuration (Managed) > Security > Categories.

    4. The Categories register appears.

  1. From Home, click Organization.
  2. Choose Administration > Configuration > Security > Categories.

    3. The Categories register appears.
