Proliance automatically creates a company role for every company defined in Proliance. Each company role is directly related to the company for which it was created; therefore, you cannot manually create a company role.
By default, a company role has no permissions assigned to it. If you have access to the security permission settings, you can assign permissions to this company role.
To create a company role
You should edit each company role in each area of Proliance to ensure that its permissions are correct. If no permissions are defined for a company role, then Proliance will use the permissions for a user's security role to determine access for someone. If no permissions are defined for a company role and a user is not assigned a security role, then that person will not be able to do anything in Proliance.
