Updating Multiple Planning Objects

You can update multiple table records with the same value. This is helpful if you want to, for example, set the Finish Date or add a constraint for multiple tasks.

To update multiple planning objects with the same value

1. Open the Gantt.
2. Using the SHIFT or CTRL buttons, select two or more tasks or milestones that you want to update.
3. In each of the cell that you want to update, click the small grey triangle in the bottom right corner of the field.
4. Then select the desired value from the list or type the value if the field is editable.

Proliance updates the selected tasks or milestones with the new values.
