Deleting a Form or Standard Form

You can delete a form or standard form if it is no longer required. Your security role must have permission to delete forms or standard forms. For more information, see "About Security Permissions"..

You can delete from either of the following places:

To delete a form or standard form

  1. Open the Forms register.
  2. — or —

    Open the Standard Forms register.

  3. Select the check box next to the revision to delete and then click Delete.
  4. — or —

    Open the form or standard form revision to delete and click Delete The delete button..

    — or —

    Open the Revisions tab of a form or standard form, select the check box next to the revision to delete, and then click Delete. You cannot use this method if no revisions have been created yet.

  5. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
  6. Proliance deletes the form or template form.

Note:

  • You cannot delete any form or standard form if it is being used in a plan or standard plan.
  • Deleting a standard form in the Organization work area does not affect workspaces using a standard plan that references the deleted standard form.
  • Proliance does not renumber the revisions after a deletion, so it is possible to have gaps in the revision numbers after deletion. You can eliminate the gaps by editing the Revision Number; however, the system revision number cannot be changed.
