Distribution Lists - Members

The Distribution List's Members page contains the contacts that belong to the list.

The following fields contain information for the distribution list members. The Distribution List document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

• Name: Displays the contact name.
• Company: Displays the company name that the contact belongs to.
• Proliance User: Indicates whether the member has a Proliance account. This is important for sending notifications to distribution list members.
