Deleting a Distribution List

You can delete distribution list documents that are no longer used or relevant to your workspace or organization.

Your security role must have permission to delete distribution list documents. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete a distribution list

  1. Open the Distribution List register.
  2. Select the check box next to the distribution lists you wish to delete and click Delete.

    3. —or—

    Open a distribution list document and click Delete Delete button..

  3. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.

    4. Proliance deletes the distribution list document.
