The Reassign Workspace Lookup Version dialog box is used to select an existing lookup version when reassigning a workspace.
The following information is displayed in this dialog box:
To select a new lookup version
If no versions appear in the list, this means either no sharable versions have been defined or that all non-sharable versions are currently in use. If this happens, exit this dialog box and either create a new version or use the Lookup Editor to make an existing version sharable.
