Deleting a Daily Work Journal Set

Delete daily work journal sets that are no longer used or relevant to your workspace. These documents can be deleted while in any state, but only if it does not contain any daily work journal documents. Your security role must have permission to delete daily work journal sets. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete a daily work journal set from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several daily work journal sets at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the daily work journal set before deleting it.

 To delete a daily work journal set

1. Open the Daily Work Journal Sets register.
2. Select the check box next to the daily work journal sets to delete, then click Delete.

—or—

Select the daily work journal set to delete, then click Delete .

3. Proliance prompts you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click Yes to confirm.

Proliance removes the daily work journal set.
