Transfer Workflow States

A Transfer document can have one of several states. Each state indicates the position of the document in terms of its life cycle. When you perform certain workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

Draft

The transfer is not yet complete or ready for activation.

The allocations in the transfer do not have any impact on budget and cost management calculations or the contents of the Anticipated Cost Report.

Pending

The allocations in the transfer are included in budget and cost management calculations; they also appear in the Anticipated Cost Report.

Approved

Information from the transfer appears in the Anticipated Cost Report.

You cannot delete a transfer in the Approved state.

Unless you are assigned the "State Read-Only Fields - Transfer" security role, you cannot edit this transfer document.

4

Canceled

The transfer document is preserved in its current form for future reference.

Information from the transfer has no impact on Proliance reports and calculations.
