Offset Settings Dialog Box

The Offset Settings dialog box allows you set update options for a cost allocation that is offsetting a budget allocation. You open this dialog box by clicking the Offset Settings button while viewing budget offsets.

Select the check box next to an option to activate it:

• Synchronize budget line amount with cost offset:When you change the budget allocation's Amount value, Proliance assigns the same value to the Amount value of the offsetting cost allocation. Note: This does not apply if there is more than one offsetting cost allocation.

• Synchronize other budget line's columns with cost offset:When you change the budget allocation's (Reporting) Code, Number, Note, or Description, Proliance makes the same changes to the offsetting allocation. Note:This does not apply if there is more than one offsetting cost allocation.  

• Delete cost offsets when deleting budget line:When you delete the budget allocation, Proliance also deletes the offsetting cost allocation.

• Move cost offset when moving budget line to another cost account:When you transfer the budget allocation to a different cost account, Proliance automatically transfers the offsetting cost allocations to the same cost account.
