Viewing Budget Offsets

You can view a budget allocation's offsetting cost allocations from the cost account's Line Items page. A budget allocation can have none, one, or more than one offsetting cost allocation.

 To view budget offsets

1. Open the Cost Accounts register.
2. Select the cost account to open.
3. Click the Line Items page.
4. Select Budget Items from the drop-down list.
5. Select the allocation containing the offsets you want to view.
6. Click Show Offsets.

Proliance displays the cost allocations that are currently offsetting the budget items.

To view offsets for another budget line, select the line from the Viewing offsets for Budget Line drop-down list.

7. Click Return when you are finished.
