Deleting Correspondence

You can delete correspondence documents that are no longer used or relevant to your workspace. Note that correspondence documents can only be deleted when they are in a Draft state.

Your security role must have permission to delete correspondence documents. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete correspondence

  1. Open the Correspondence register.
  2. Select the check box next to the correspondences you wish to delete and click Delete.
  3. – or –

    Open a correspondence document and click Delete The delete button..

  4. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
  5. Proliance deletes the correspondence document.
