About the Scope Page

The Scope page provides a broad overview of the type and amount of work that the receiving company is expected to perform for the contract or change order. It also provides an overview of the work that, while important for the overall workspace, is not included in the contract or change order.

There are three sections on the Scope page: Inclusions, Exclusions and Alternates. You can add or delete items from any of these sections. The contract needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

The Inclusions section shows the list of specific items to include in the contract or change order. The Exclusions section shows the list of specific items to exclude from the contract or change order. You can add and delete items when you edit the contract or change order. Both sections contain the following information:

In the Alternate section, you can list any alternate materials or methods that the receiving company might use to satisfy the contract commitments. If the receiving company uses these alternate materials and methods, the Original Contract Value may increase or decrease, depending on the circumstances.
