Location Workflow States

The Location document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

	State	Description
1	Draft	A new location document is still in progress. It is not yet complete nor ready for activation.
2	Pending Activation	The location document has been submitted for review and activation. It can also indicate that a user is attempting to reactivate an inactive location document.
3	Active	The responsible user has activated the location document. The typical location document remains in this state for most of its life cycle.
4	Inactive	The responsible user has deactivated the location document for whatever reason. The document is still present in the database, but is unavailable for use. You can reactivate an inactive location document at any time. This places the document back into the Pending Activation state.
