About Company Reference Documents

Company reference documents provide additional information or resources to an existing company in Proliance. They exist as entirely separate documents, but in most cases are inaccessible except through the company's References tab.

The References tab organizes all related documents for the current company under the following tabs:

Note: The References tab is only available for companies in the Organization and Workspaces work area.

To open the Company References tab

  1. Open the appropriate Companies register to use in the Organization or Workspaces work area.
  2. Select the company record.

    3. The Main page for the company appears.

  3. Click the References tab.

Note:

  • The References tab is only available for companies in the Organization and Workspaces work area. Contacts can only be added them from the Contacts register. No other type of company reference document can be added to the other work areas.
