Contract History - Main
The Main page of
an Contract History document
contains detailed information about a company's past contractual relationship
with your company, including contract dates, performance codes, and an
audit history.
The company for which you are viewing contract history information
is displayed at the top of the page, next to the label Company.
You can click on the company name to view detailed information about the
company.
Information about a contract is grouped under the following
sections. The contract history document needs to be in edit mode before
you can modify the fields.
General
- Actual End Date: Select the date when work engaged through the contract actually finished.
- Actual Start Date: Select the date when work engaged through the contract actually started.
- Change Duration: Enter the amount of time added to or subtracted from the contract as
a consequence of change orders against the contract.
- Change Value: Enter the total value of changes to the original contract amount from
the workspace.
- Contract Number: Type the contract number involved in the history document. The Contract Number is required.
- Contract State: Select the state of the contract involved in the history document.
- Current State: Indicates the state of the Contract History document.
- Number: Type a string of characters that uniquely identifies this contract history
entry, or leave it blank if Proliance is configured to supply one. You
can configure
the format of this number by using Proliance
Local Admin. For details, refer to "Editing the Number Format"
in the Proliance Local Admin on-line help.
- Scope of Work: Type a description of the scope of work involved in the contract.

Details
- Contract Performance Codes 1-5: Select a code that describes how your organization rated the company's
performance on the contract. These codes can be any string of letters
and numbers.
- Original Contract Duration: Type the original duration of the contract.
- Original Contract Value: Type the original value of the contract. This may differ from the final
contract value due to scope changes.
- Performance Code Explanation: Type an explanation of the ratings used in the Contract History document.
- Name: Type the name of the workspace involved in the history document.
- Number: Enter the number of the workspace involved in the history document.
