Creating a Bid Invitation

Bid invitations are created when a package is issued to bidders using Proliance workflow. For each bidder listed on the Bidders List page of the package, a single invitation will be created in the Bid Invitation register.

Tip:

When you add a bidder to the bidders list after the package has been issued, an invitation and any associated addenda will be made available to the bidder when you save the package.
