Bid Proposal - Main

• Current State: Indicates the current state of the proposal.

• Title: Displays the title of the proposal.
  
• Number: A string of characters that uniquely identifies the proposal within the workspace.
• Creation Date: Displays the date when the related invitation was accepted and the proposal was created.
• Bid Package Number: Displays the number of the related package.
• Bid Closing Date: Displays the deadline for bids to be submitted.
• Bid Invitation: Displays the title of the bidder's invitation. Click the link to view the invitation.
• Latest Addendum: Displays the title of the most recent invitation addendum. Click the link to view more details about the invitation addendum.

The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. This section is read-only and is synchronized with the parent package's project links.

Note: Like all other project-related user interface elements, the Projects section is hidden if no projects currently exist in the workspace.

• Title: Read-only. The title of the invitation.
• Number: Read-only. A string of characters that uniquely identifies this invitation. The first set of numbers identifies the related package.
• Brief Description: A description that further describes the proposal.
• Full Description: An area to enter additional information about this proposal.
• Notes: Type any additional information for the invitation.
• Bidder: Read-only. The contact person who is the contact at the bidding company.
• Bid Coordinator: Read-only. The contact person who is the coordinator for the invitation.

• Initiative: If this document was created in a workspace, this is the construction initiative to which the workspace belongs.
• Sub Project: The name for the specific portion of the workspace with which the document is associated.
• Classification Information: Five areas that display classification for this document.
• Classification Information Lookups: Fields that display user-defined values that define this document.
