Deleting a Drawing/Submittal Package

You can delete any revision of a drawing or submittal package if it is no longer required. Your security role must have permission to delete the appropriate package type. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete a package from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several packages at the same time.
• From the package: Use this method when you need to verify the package before deleting it.

To delete a package

1. Open the appropriate register for the package.

2. Select the check box next to the package to delete and then click Delete.

Open a package to delete and click Delete .

3. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.

Proliance deletes the package.
