About the Financial Summary Page
The Financial Summary
page appears in both contracts and change orders:
- For contracts, the
Financial Summary page provides
you with a quick, high-level overview of the progress that is being made
against the contract through invoicing. It also shows you how approved
and pending change orders have affected the overall contract value. Proliance
displays this information in terms of both the contract currency and the
workspace currency. When contract currency values are converted to the workspace
currency, no currency
precision is applied to the resulting values.
- For change orders,
the Financial Summary page provides
you with a quick, high-level overview of the impact of the current change
order on the overall value of the contract linked to the change order.
Proliance displays this information in terms of both the contract currency
and the workspace currency.

Summary page is display only.
Contract
Financial Summary
- Approved Change Orders:
The sum of approved change order amounts against the contract. This
value is always zero for auto-commit contracts, which have no change orders.

- Balance to Invoice:The difference between the Revised
Contract Value and the Currently
Invoiced amount.
- Currently Invoiced:The current total amount of all invoices against the contract, not including
the canceled invoices.
- Current Total Retainage:The current total amount of retainage from the invoices against the
contract.
- Original Contract Value:The value of the contract, not including invoices or change orders.
For auto-commit contracts, this value is based on the sum of all of the
line item amounts from all of the invoices against the contract.
- Revised Contract Value:The Original Contract Value
plus the Approved Change Orders.

- Total Pending Change:The sum of the Total Scheduled Amount
values from all change orders that have not yet been approved.
