In a fast-moving workspace, it is possible that a drawing or submittal revision added to a transmittal may not be the latest or accepted revision when the revision is actually sent.
Use the Update Item List button on the Transmittal - Transmittal Items page if you have any doubt as to whether the revisions shown on the page has changed.
When you click Update Item List, you can update the list in the following ways:
Note: If a drawing/submittal has no Accepted revision, then no update occurs—the current revision continues to show in the list.
Proliance saves the transmittal document prior to updating the list.
