Removing a Transmittal Recipient

You can remove any recipient from a transmittal at any time.

Removing prior to sending means the recipient is not slated to receive the transmittal. Removing after sending means the recipient will not receive the transmittal if it is resent; it does not reverse the previous send however.

The transmittal needs to be in the edit mode before you can remove recipients.

To remove a transmittal recipient

  1. On the Recipients page, click the check box next to the recipients to be removed.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Proliance prompts you to confirm the removal.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Proliance removes the recipients.

Note:

  • Even after removing a recipient, you can still add that person to the notification dialog when performing a workflow action.
