From the Transmittal document, you can quickly download any files attached
to your transmittal items using the following features on the Options
button:
Download Source
Items: Saves any Source Files attached to all drawing/submittal revisions
added to the Transmittal, in a single, compressed zip file.
Download Presentation
Items: Saves any Presentation Files attached to all drawing/submittal revisions
added to the Transmittal, in a single, compressed zip file.
Note:
You can download
only files that are attached to the drawing/submittal revisions. You cannot download
files that are being referenced by a URL.
