The Schedule document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in the system. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.
The workflow states do not have an effect on the current, baseline, and approved schedule and planning objects in the Gantt itself.

Indicates that the schedule has not been finalized. This state usually indicates a newly created Schedule. |

Indicates that the schedule has been approved and resources can start working on assignments. |

Completed |
Indicates that all the tasks have been finished and no more work can occur on the schedule. |
