Copying an Activity Code Group

You can make of a copy of any activity code group. When you copy an activity code group, all information in the original document is carried over to the new document, except for the title and the document number.

To copy an activity code group

  1. Open the Activity Code Group register.
  2. Select the Activity Code Group that you wish to copy.
  3. Click Options > Copy to New.

    4. Proliance creates a new activity code group document based on the existing one. The new document is in Draft state.

  4. Click Edit.
  5. Make any necessary edits. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
  6. Click Save.

    7. Proliance saves the document. Click Exit edit mode when done.
