When your name is listed as a reviewer in the Review Process page, you will receive a notice when it's your turn to review the document and provide feedback.
Once you are notified, you should ideally complete your review by the Current Planned Finish Date associated with your step. You are free to begin reviewing the document even before your step is active, however, Proliance will not allow you to click the Finish Review button until your review step is active.

Feedback already entered by any of the other reviewers is available for viewing.
The page enters the edit mode.
For more information, see "About the Review Process Page".
Proliance automatically sends a notice to the next user in the review process telling him or her that there is a document awaiting review.
The date when you finish your review is entered as your Actual Finish Date; it is also entered as the Actual Start Date for the next user in the review process.
