External Report

Type the web address (or URL) that Proliance will use to access the report or report definition. Proliance will prompt you to confirm if the URL entered does not resemble a valid link.

If a URL is entered, when viewing this field in view mode, you can click View Report to view the report linked to this external report. The report opens in a separate window.

Tip: You can use the following query string parameters in the URL. These parameters will be replaced with the appropriate values when the report is run:

Query String Parameter	Replacement Value
<org>	Current organization name
<prj>	Current workspace name, for both standalone and managed workspaces
<pgm>	Current portfolio name; this will be replaced if the external link is also in a managed workspace
<usr>	Current user name
<workspace-type>	The prefix of the account name; for example: prj, pgmprj
<workspace-account>	The whole account name
<user-account>	The whole user account name

It is recommended that you use the <workspace-account> and <user-account> keywords. These keywords conveniently include all pertinent information (such as organization name, workspace name, etc.), removing the need to build the full account name by combining the separate keywords.
