Copying Workspace Data

When you create a standalone or managed workspace, you can choose to copy over the referenced workspace's document and service information.

To copy the workspace reference data, you need to select the Copy Workspace Data check box when creating a new workspace. This checkbox is located on the Main page of the Workspace Properties document.

The following configuration information will be copied to the new workspace from the referenced workspace regardless of whether the Copy Workspace Data check box is checked:

The following information will also be copied from the reference workspace if you have selected the Copy Workspace Data check box:

The following are not copied to the new workspace:
