Removing Staff From a Business Unit

When a staff member is no longer associated with a business unit, you can remove the staff document from the list of related staff.

To remove a staff member from a business unit

  1. Open the Staff tab of the business unit from which you want to remove the staff member.
  2. Select the check box next to the staff member you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. When Proliance asks you to confirm the removal, click Yes.
  5. Proliance removes the staff member from the business unit.

Note:

  • Removing a staff member from a business unit is not the same as deleting the staff member from Proliance. When you remove a staff member from a business unit, information about the staff member is still in Proliance, but the staff member is no longer associated with the business unit
