Use the Workspace Reporting Menu in the Portfolios work area to print cross-workspace reports on managed workspace data. The registers under the Workspace Reporting Menu contain read-only versions of documents taken from each of the portfolio's workspaces. These documents can only be viewed, and new workspace documents cannot be created from the Portfolios work area.
You can view Workspace Reporting documents taken from every one of the portfolio's workspaces to which your account has Workspace Data Access. The columns displayed for each of the registers depends on the current view, however, the following columns always appear in every workspace reporting register:
