Workspace Notices Menu

Use the Workspace Notices menu to access notices and associated documents that your workspace's participants have sent or received. A user must have appropriate security permissions applied, in order to have access to the Workspace Notices directory.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to view the notices and associated documents for any workspace participant, or only for those workspace participants who belong to your organization.

Note: If someone addresses a notice to your workspace rather than to a specific workspace participant, the notice appears in the My Notices menu of the person who is the designated recipient of your workspace's correspondence.

The Workspace Notices menu has four different registers to choose from:

To open the Workspace Notices menu

  1. From the Home page, click Programs & Projects.

  2. From the Workspaces register, click Enter next to the appropriate workspace.
  3. Under Notices, expand the Workspace Notices submenu.
  4. The Workspace Notices menu appears. Select the register that contains the type of notices you wish to view.
