Portfolio Notices Menu

Use the Portfolio Notices menu to access notices and associated documents that other participants have sent or received. A user must have appropriate security permissions applied, in order to have access to the Portfolio Notices directory.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to view the notices and associated documents for any participant, or only for those participants who belong to your organization.

Note: If someone addresses a notice to your portfolio rather than to a specific participant, the notice appears in the My Notices menu of the person who is the designated recipient of your portfolio's correspondence.

The Portfolio Notices menu has one register:

To open the Portfolio Notices menu

  1. From the Home page, click Portfolios.
  2. From the Portfolios register, click Enter Portfolio next to the appropriate portfolio.
  3. Under Notices, expand the Notices submenu.
  4. The Notices menu appears. Select the register that contains the type of notices you wish to view.
