Performing Actions on Multiple Items

You use check boxes to select multiple items in a list. When you perform an action, the action affects all of the selected items.

To perform an action on multiple items

• Select the check box next to each item on which you wish to perform an action.

Select the check box at the top of the check box column to automatically select all check boxes in individual rows.
