Copying a Distribution List

If you want to create another distribution list that is very similar to an existing list, you can copy an existing distribution list.

To copy a distribution list

1. Open the Distribution List document you want to copy.
2. From the Options menu, click Copy to New.

Proliance displays a new distribution list document with all information except the Number. The workflow state is set to Draft.
